Advanced Reporting Advanced reporting is a Pro plan feature that gives you a full picture of your business revenue — not just technician pay. It's available to admins only. Accessing Reports Click Reports in the main navigation. If you're on the Starter plan, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Upgrade to Pro under Account Settings → Billing to unlock the full Reports page.
