    Per-Job vs. Hourly Pay GlassFlow supports two ways to pay your technicians. You choose one mode for your whole shop — it applies to everyone on your team. Per-Job Pay In per-job mode, each technician earns a fixed dollar amount for each completed job. You set the pay amount when creating or editing a job (in the Financial section).   • Viewing Payroll
    Viewing Payroll The Payroll page gives you a weekly earnings breakdown for every technician on your team. It's available to admins only. Navigating to Payroll Click Payroll in the main navigation. The page defaults to the current week. Changing the Pay Period Use the ← → arrows to move backward or forward by week. Click Today to jump back to the current week. You can also set a custom date range using the date picker if you need to view a non-standard period. What YFew readers
  • Using the Time Clock
    Using the Time Clock The time clock is only available if your shop uses hourly pay mode. If you don't see the clock in/out option, your shop is set to per-job pay. The time clock lets technicians track their hours directly from the app. Every shift is recorded and feeds into the weekly payroll calculation automatically.
