Viewing Payroll

The Payroll page gives you a weekly earnings breakdown for every technician on your team. It's available to admins only.

Navigating to Payroll

Click Payroll in the main navigation. The page defaults to the current week.

Changing the Pay Period

Use the ← → arrows to move backward or forward by week. Click Today to jump back to the current week.

You can also set a custom date range using the date picker if you need to view a non-standard period.

What You'll See

Per-Job Mode

Each technician has their own section showing:

• A summary row: total jobs, total pay, total ADAS pay, total helper pay, and a combined total
• A detailed table below listing every individual job: customer, vehicle, date, and pay earned

Hourly Mode

Each technician's section shows:

• A summary row: total hours worked, hourly rate, and total pay for the period
• A shift-by-shift table: clock-in time, clock-out time, lunch, and paid minutes per day

Filtering by Technician

Use the team member filter dropdown to view one person's data at a time, or keep it on "All Team Members" for the full team view.

A Note on Payroll Processing

GlassFlow shows you the numbers — but it doesn't process payments. Use this data alongside your payroll provider (e.g., Gusto, ADP, or your bank's ACH) to run the actual pay.
