Upgrading Your Plan


You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time. The change takes effect immediately and no data is lost.


When to Upgrade


  • You've hit the Starter plan's 3-technician limit and need to add more team members
  • You need priority support
  • You need advanced reporting


How to Upgrade


  1. Go to Account Settings from the navigation
  2. Scroll to the Billing section
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal
  4. In the portal, select Upgrade Plan
  5. Choose Pro ($189/month)
  6. Confirm your payment method
  7. Click Confirm Upgrade


The upgrade is immediate. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
