Technician Limits by Plan
Each GlassFlow plan includes a maximum number of technicians. Admins and technicians both count toward your limit.

How the Limit is Enforced
When you try to add a technician beyond your plan's limit, the app will block the action and show an error: "Technician limit reached. Upgrade your plan to add more technicians."
Your current usage is shown during the onboarding wizard and in Account Settings so you always know how many slots are left.
Upgrading to Get More Slots
If you've hit your limit and need to add more team members, upgrade from Starter to Pro to increase the limit from 3 to 5. For more than 5 technicians, contact us about an Enterprise plan.

Removing a Technician to Free Up a Slot
If someone leaves your team, you can deactivate their account from Account Settings → Team. This frees up the slot for a new technician. Their historical job and payroll data is preserved — it's just no longer active.
