Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, here's how to reset it.
Steps
- Go to the GlassFlow login page
- Click Forgot password? below the login form
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click Send reset link
- Check your inbox for an email from GlassFlow
- Click the link in the email — it will open a password reset page
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm by entering it again
- Click Set Password
You'll be logged in automatically and redirected to your dashboard.
Tips
- Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes
- Reset links expire — if you wait too long, request a new one by going through the same steps again
- New password requirements: Minimum 8 characters. Use a mix of letters and numbers for a stronger password.
For Technicians Who Were Set Up with a Temporary Password
If your admin created your account with a temporary password, you don't need to use the forgot password flow. Instead, log in with the temporary credentials and then change your password from Account Settings → Change Password.
If You Can't Access Your Email
Contact your shop admin — they may be able to create a new account or set a new temporary password for you directly.
