Resetting Your Password


If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, here's how to reset it.


Steps


  1. Go to the GlassFlow login page
  2. Click Forgot password? below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Click Send reset link
  5. Check your inbox for an email from GlassFlow
  6. Click the link in the email — it will open a password reset page
  7. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  8. Confirm by entering it again
  9. Click Set Password


You'll be logged in automatically and redirected to your dashboard.


Tips


  • Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes
  • Reset links expire — if you wait too long, request a new one by going through the same steps again
  • New password requirements: Minimum 8 characters. Use a mix of letters and numbers for a stronger password.


For Technicians Who Were Set Up with a Temporary Password


If your admin created your account with a temporary password, you don't need to use the forgot password flow. Instead, log in with the temporary credentials and then change your password from Account Settings → Change Password.


If You Can't Access Your Email


Contact your shop admin — they may be able to create a new account or set a new temporary password for you directly.
