Changing Your Password

You can change your password at any time from inside the app. This is also the recommended step for technicians who logged in with a temporary password set by their admin.

Steps

1. Log in to GlassFlow
2. Go to Account Settings (tap your profile icon or find it in the navigation)
3. Click Change Password
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
6. Confirm the new password by entering it again
7. Click Update Password

You'll see a confirmation message when the change is successful. Your next login will use the new password.

If You're Using a Temporary Password

If your admin created your account with a temporary password, change it as soon as you log in for the first time. Follow the steps above — your temporary password is your "current password" in Step 4.

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters
• No other restrictions, but longer passwords with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols are more secure
